NormCreative SETTINGS is an independent non-profit organization from Sweden. We translate theories concerning human rights, the environment, gender equality, anti-racism and LGBTQ+ issues into action and creative practice. We are a platform for norm-creative change. We write books, we educate, we lead change processes, we create tools for individuals, groups, communities and movements to contribute to real structural change.

Micro Action Movement (M.A.M) is a smart-phone app and your tool to contribute to a kinder and more sustainable world. M.A.M aims to engage people in a direct form of participatory democracy, in their everyday lives. We utilize technology in order to mobilize more citizens for social change and M.A.M helps users to influence and develop compassionate communities living within our planetary boundaries.

The app gives you suggestions for everyday actions (“micro-actions”) to change the world into a kinder and more sustainable place. These suggestions are contributions from collaborating NGOs, social justice groups and artists. You can then choose to either do the action suggested, or swipe and access more options. Follow links under each micro-action to expand your knowledge or to learn more about the organization behind the micro-action.
